Project objectives:

Design the experience around the insurance process – enabling TAL sales agents to complete customers’ requests and purchases.

Research lead design principles:

  • Integrated with real people – ability to have a conversation with customers at any time. • Validation built into every step to keep sales agents processing towards a customer purchase.
  • Enable sales agents to complete, record and stay compliant when helping customers with their insurance needs.
  • Design for a continuous improvement mindset allowing for regulation, technology and product changes.
