Project objectives:

Design the experience around Reducing advisers cost to serve – by reducing data re-entry and creating a compliant data capture platform for advisers and their clients.

Research lead design principles:

  • Play nice – integrate with advisers 3rd party technology solutions.
  • Digital first – empowering advisers to remove the paper heavy component of servicing clients when completing a fact find.
  • Presentation friendly – the ability for advisers to make confident choices for their client’s presentations based on the client’s fact find data.
  • Integrated across the adviser’s business – ability for non-advisers and advisers to interact and find customer data.
  • Validation built into every step to keep customers processing towards the completion of their online fact find.
